Links sidebar

The links sidebar extension provides functionality that has been a long time coming to Mozilla Firefox 3. This extension shows all hyperlinks in the current tab in the sidebar. The list of links is searchable, and you can view the domain and URL of each link, along with the actual link name.

The Links Sidebar extension

A lock links button allows you to freeze the links currently in the list, and a toolbar button provides easy toggling of the sidebar.

This extension is still under development, so expect to see updates coming in fast.

This could become very popular for many reasons, nice! It would be nicer however if you could create a shortcut (icon in toolbar or elsewhere perhaps} to toggle the Links sidebar, instead of View > Sidebar > Links.

Nice one,

Keith

Hi, Varun
I tried to install it from the mozilla addons site, but I couldn't.
The install package might be corrupted?

Sorry, the package is fine.
It was just a misconfig on my side.
and the addon is really nice! Thank you

I've added a toolbar button with Links Sidebar 0.6. Its disabled by default, you'll need to add it to a toolbar yourself if you want to use the toolbar button.

Thanks for the toggler!

Why does it change the color of folder names?
Is it possible to disable this behavior?
Thanks
